Pre-Event
Each event is set-up with a customized registration page and provides contact, demographic and other requested information for each registrant. Communications can be set-up in advance to be sent out as reminders and pre-event instructions will be sent out automatically within your desired timeframe. Additionally, Webcast is set-up for complete localization so you can effectively communicate through registration pages and emails with all members of your audience in their preferred language.
Hosting

Post-Event
In addition to your live event, an on-demand recording session will be made available within 24 hours and can be accessed for up to six months. This allows for an even greater reach with your message across large numbers of your target audience. 
The tracking and reporting features for your event are numerous. You will have a clear view of how long each registrant viewed the webcast, as well as what they downloaded, which polls questions were answered, and a number of metrics that will help guide you for post event outreach.
